Not always is there a fault on the part of your doctor. Some precautions are to be taken by the patients too. Well in your particular case it was you my dear patient who chose to get the braces removed before the permissible time. And just so that you take care of it in future no doctor can ever ‘guarantee’ you recovery without your full cooperation. And as for the timings reminder be given that its a personal clinic and doctors also being humans have personal lives and as far as I remember you always had unannounced visits without any prior appointment so in such a case to save you from waiting your time was shifted to evenings. Also for the retainers being not included in the package its the case everywhere, visit any other clinic and you would know. Its hard to see that even after considering your case so well you accuse a respectable doctor of lacking professionalism and commitment. My apologies for anything that went wrong on my part. But would also suggest please be patient and cooperative. Thank you.

Here I took braces treatment and from the experience I could say that I could have got better services from some other clinic. I paid a hefty amount for the treatment and midway only I felt that here they lack professionalism and commitment. After the treatment was completed, gaps between my teeth started occurring (gaps which weren’t present before the treatment) and when I told this to my doctor she said that she didn’t promise anything and it’s not her responsibility, then why the heck I paid 32,000! If she didn’t promised anything! Even the retainer wasn’t included in this package, which she mentioned before starting the treatment, will be included. I had to pay separately for it. She said that some other patient also said the same thing but she couldn’t recollect anything she saying to anyone that she’ll be providing it. Really? I should have taken the bill first day itself so that I could get what I was promised for! Their are two timings given to visit them but in reality, my doctor, she used to come only in evenings and hardly ever compromised with the timings if you wanted her to be there at day timings (if you couldn’t come at day timings for the whole freaking year and a half, why you have mentioned it?) There were some other instances also, but the last word will be, that you can get a better treatment somewhere else than from here where they treat you with more professionalism, commitment and sincerity. Before taking any such treatments always get a peer review who have the first hand experience of the place.

The female doctor here whatever her name is doesn’t even know how to do her work. She is so rude. And I have noticed they charge quite high for the same service which you will pay for lesser amount at any other good dental clinic. I regret going here Whoever wants a good treatment don’t go here.
