Deserves even less. Is unprofessional to the core. Never on time. He will ask you to pay up in adavance and then vanish once he has got the money and will not answer the call. Hire him only if you like wasting your money. So if you are hiring him to train your dog out of sheer lack of options do not pay in advance , pay after each session else he will take your money and leave and then make excuses that he came for so many days. Just beware.
