The doctor is merely 500 mts away from my home. My baby burnt hands and I called her and requested the doctor to get him checked. But she clearly denied on call and said I might go to some other place as she has only small clinic. I have gone through her reviews and ratings on google, it seems she has seo and marketing team to handle reviews and ratings. Hope she must understand the roles and responsibilities of a doctor.

This is review is based on our experience with this recent change of weather , we are facing common cold for our new born and were very worried and decided to visit Dr. pooja, though it was far from our place. when we reached there Dr Pooja denied to see child just that we parents didn't had the prior appointment and we were not aware of the rules and regulations they follow as we were visiting for the first time Dr Pooja could have been humble enough to see child for the first visit without appointment or done some thing out of humanity to comfort the child instead of turning us back
