Fantastic fitness bootcamp with Deependra Sir at Extreme Fitness Guru Health Club . He knows how to make you burn calories and build muscle! It is really amazing to come back from vacations in a better shape than when I left! Trainings are painful (in a good way :)) and never boring! Great for all levels, Deependra Sir always takes the time to make sure you dovthe exercises well so you don’t get hurt and will make sure you push your limits whatever they may be! The gym is very well equipped to satisfy any fitness enthusiast! Thank you Deependra Sir for all your good advices and your great energy!
