They explain all the precautions to be taken care before and after lasik surgery very clearly. My experience was very good , all the staff members are polite and talk to you in a friendly way everytime. Dr. Rohit Charan is very polite too and soft spoken. Fees for the operation is also very economical compared to what other hospital charges. procedure is very systematic and little time consuming, but in the end its a operation so it takes time. The life after lasik changes completely, you get rid of the heavy glasses , everything becomes very sharp and clear. The vision you get is far better than vison with glasses. All the best

Commercial hospital, insisting on eye operation in small problems also. I had visited on 17.7.20 reg. No 524373 for general checkup of eyes and His junior doctor suggests me for spaces only but dr Rohit Charan said that you should go for cataract operation and when I told to him that I have no big problem as I had visited other doctors also but he insisting for operation and rudely denied for giving my diagnosis details to me. His behaviour is not good with patients. He has appointed a team who regularly calls to patients for operation. His father dr. Hari charan was a great doctor but dr Rohit is just opposite to his father.

Not up to the mark.. My dadi had cataract surgery but it didn't went well. Her lens around Rs 50,000 is not set properly. She is complaining daily about pain. When we contacted to Dr Rohit Charan, he has given useless excuse that her other eye is also having cataract that's why her operated eye is having pain. Useless xcuse given by such renowned doctor. Moreover he and other staff are rude and non friendly. A big no to this hospital.

Dr. Rahul was so disrespectful on my visit...his tone was so arrogant when I asked him simple question about my son's diagnosis. I have been visiting this hospital from past 10 years but due to today's scenario I'll never put a step at such place... Please work on your behaviour before being a good doctor!

During Covid times , when social distancing is of much importance , no norm of social distancing was ensured at reception. Even after taking appointment, it was difficult to maintain dustance . I hope Management of such an excellent hospital will pay attention towards it.
