Done test for covid Pros - Home test facility availed. Person was on time. Cons Delayed reports Unprofessional staff Higher costs than others for home visiting Take everything in casual way rather than providing solutions. Don't pick calls many a times. Keep calls on hold for 15-20 mins. Before accepting payment it was promised that report will be delivered in 24 hours. After following for long, they tell it will take 48-72 hours against the government rules. Highly unrecommended.

Does not pick up the calls. Went for covid test and did not send the report to mail even after mailing and calling them for a day. Pathetic service.

Most terrible place.. if you come here probably you may catch covid.. pls come here with full and extra precautions... No protocols, no precautions... Everybody at LAX.. Pathetic.. Praying to God no one has to come here ever

The most unhygienic and third class pathetic centre.. if you wish to complaint to the DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE.. which is supposed to be a healthcare centre, you have to be more careful with the management.. the lady centre manager will come out to talk to you while eating.. and the head will be sitting without a mask.. They have the same queue for everything else and Covid-19 also. Who can be so dumb, unaware and demonic like these??!! I wish there #NABL is snatched right away.. Thank god its my last visit.

The staff do not have value of time of the patient ....i have called them at 1.30 in afternoon,the receptionist told me there is no waiting in mri,be there and we will give medicine to your daughter and start mri,the time took in sleeping will only be the tim 9 ...after reaching there at 3'o clock they told me that it will take 1.30 minutes waiting ,as doctor recomended to do from there we waited There ,till 5.45 no response from staff of suryam ,they just saying we will take ur daughter in 15 minuted,at 5.50 they told me half an hour more will took ,the paitiend begore me was on 4 ,the took my daughter at 6 in eve and done the mri in hardly 15 minutes ...i m really shocked what they doing in rest of 3 hrs ....such a bad service and corporation from suryam staff ....bad experience ...do not have value of time ....

One of the most pathetic centres i have ever witnessed, no one picks call and doesn't get connected, you are waiting for your reports that you don't receive on mail. There site link log in doesn't show for online check. Really think twice before going here.
