Nice and Clean digital fabric printing unit. I had to get few meters done for my college project and they did the job very professionally. Centrally located and hence very convinient. They also showed all the chemicals they use which are eco-friendly and sustainable.

Heights of unprofessionalism. I'd been trying to source some fabrics for my research projects and placed order as was told to. I had been very polite and just asking the man, Kunal Gupta, to respond because I was told I'd get an invoice confirming the order. Three days through, not a word, didn't take calls or reply to the messages and when he did, he was pretty rude and misbehaving. Also, he cost me three working days when I repeatedly told him it was urgent and ended cancelling the order in the worst tone ever. He shall claim it's a spam or untruthful like w other reviews but reviews and chats don't lie, especially when I don't have a personal grudge against him. We'd asked for a sample before placing a bulk order to know authenticity as they couldn't give us any and since they were not too responsive, we proposed 7m of one fabric and small quantity of other two, paid for. What to say about a man who says 1m would cost us INR 500 against the original price of INR 80 when a condition in their catalogue mentions a surcharge of 150% below MOQ, meaning the price would be INR 200 per metre. And it's all okay if the person could politely revert and decline. Sent a mail and followed up as was the told procedure, only to be insulted. No possible way to excuse their behavior.
A fraudulent company. They will lie to your face, has no significant certificates (regarding to the fabrics). They will take your time, money and trust in any Indian for ever. So many lies and unprofessional behaviour. They should be out of business, don't trust anything. I remember he claiming that China stole his customers but he is the problem Kundal Gupta.
Called and emailed so many times but never bother to answer phone or reply to text or email.!! Very unprofessional.!!
