Without any treatment, fees taken, first we ask reception for treatment, and after confirmation we give fees, and when doctor check and said that we are not doing treatment of this problem. No medicine, no advise nothing, when we demand for return फीस (300/-)then doctor deny to return fee and behavior totally change with patient

They are making money in any condition, if treatment not available then why receptionist confirm to us for treatment without asking you , first please provide training to your receptionist , and check your behavior also with patient when patient demand return fees without any treatment .
