Jaisalmer is a treat for all those people who love history and wish to discover unique things. Established in 1984, the Government Museum offers a huge collection of marine and wood fossils. This museum features some of the rarest sculptures from Kiradu and Lodurva townships.

It's a beautifully built, intelligently curated Museum about the culture and history of Rajasthan. If you are into Museums, History, Cultural History then you can't afford to miss this place. There a IAF plane donated for display near gate. It's a shame that nobody really visits this place. It's government run Museum and doesn't have any commission to offer to guides. That's why if you ask any local guide to show you around the city, most probably, he won't bring you to this place. But I will encourage to come and enjoy this Museum.
A must visit place when in Jaisalmer. Tells you about history about Indian Army History with a small 12 min movie. You feel a great sense of patriotism and positivity inside the campus. Do visit. Entry ticket for adult costs 30, Movie 25. For school children it's free.
Nice Museum in Jaisalmer Rajasthan India.Establishedby the State Archilogical department this Museum is another prime attraction for visitors to Jaisalmer.. Entry Fee Rs.20/-per person for Indian Visitors.
