People are nice, especially the service staff as I had much interaction with them only. They leave no stone unturned to ensure customer goes out satisfied. The housekeeping staff was so kind to ask me about coffee, lunch, water around 10 time. That's so kind of them. I worry about the personal hygiene there. I hope it is not taken for granted there because I saw one of the staff coughing around without mask and going to multiple customer touch points. On my objection only one realised that that was something wrong happening there. If I wouldn't have objected m sure no one would have noticed. Please take care of this very seriously as in Covid times we need to be alert and proactive. This is the reason I took back one star. Otherwise this is a 5 star facility. Will visit soon as some of my work is till pending. Will update post that. Cheers!!

Good professional service. Customer lounge was clean and advisor explained the work to be done in detail. However final road testing needs to improved. Ideally it should have been tested by supervisor or forman level. One more point is about time management in workshop. It can further be tuned to minimise the time for attending to vehicles.
