The bank cut my money from AC. Without inform me..... The reason of deduction was I used the deposit machine for couple of time....but atleast they should have informed me that your free transaction has been complete now you have to pay..... Atleast they should have sent me a sms of mail as they send after using ATM..... I'm unhappy with this.

All staff is not dedicated. Maybe some problem in protocol. I wait for 15 minutes, to deposit my fee. Nobody on the cash counter. I appreciate the executive who perform duty for Aadhaar Card. Otherwise I just give them 1 star. Because one of the bank employee, behave rough to me.
