Visit One: Samsung has just come up with another service center in Jalandhar. This was much needed. I was been going there from almost 5 years now and thought of trying this center. So I went at this service center to extend the warranty for my cellphone. Staff was good and courteous but I find them little untrained. My work was done in 5Mins. Will definently consider going to this center in the future. Taking up one Star as No Water and Lift facility was there. A Senior Citizen or a Physically Challenged person can not visit this Center. Rest all is okay. Visit Two: Meeting The Engineers realised me that you need to think giving your expensive device. The service center was empty but still the entrance boy took 5mins to make me meet the Engineer. He listen to my problem but didn't give me any satisfaction reply. Then after looking at on some websites I able to find my solution which and Official Samsung Guy failed to do so. Will avoid them for my first option.
