Worst experience don’t go ever to the shop..they don’t know how to deal with customers..they do fake promises for good stuff n providing such a bad stuff.....worst shop in Jalandhar.. I had a some good and more bad experience with them. Firstly good experience is that they were good at bargaining upto 20%. Also they agreed for all fitting charges for dress. However they gave our dress 3 days late than the agreed date. Rather than apology for making it late, the owners demanded more money for fitting and extras which were already included at the time of buying. They became so rude by saying that if you don’t give us more money we won’t give you your dress which we already paid in full on the day of order. I would never visit such a shop where even the owners trick you in their ways leaving you no options.
Visited recently here. Nice ambience , helping staff, customer service is bang on A must visit store. Will definitely keep on coming here
