Very bad service, no care of patients, staff don't have manners how to speak with patient and family. Just increasing billing charges by any way as much they can. Worst hospital.

Worst staff I have ever seen. No respect for patient as they know patient and their relative have no choice. I will reffer this only if you have extra money and you dont care for patient. Specifically ICU staff is horrible. Total negative experience

Dr. Sends Priscription Directly To Pharmacy Without Informing Patients Relatives, & You Have To Buy Medicines From Their Pharmacy Only...Its Compulsory Otherwise They Won't Help You In Emergency Requirement Of Medicines.....They Just Know How To Increase Bill Amount...Very Heavy Charges Of ICU Per Day...No Humanity

Really bad reception. I quite agree with all the people who are criticizing this place. The staff generally doesn't understand and does completely irrelevant things. Especially in COVID-19 pandemic. Remember, if you have a patient which is critical/serious, take their official documents like their nationality/identity card/aadhar card with you. They'll let the patient die if you don't give them the copy of aadhar card first. At least a soft copy. Because without official documents, they do NOT take the patient even if they are about to pass away. Requesting WON'T work. Speaking from experience.

Uneducated & illiterate staff , All staff is buzy in watching IPL matches & utube movies, they are not serous about medical services and patients, staff even don't have the basic idea about medicine, prescriptions. They don't have coordination between themself, they always asks to patients what tablets, why this tablets, staff mobiles always playing songs loudly.
