Not responsive enough even in the shop. My family has experienced this twice. Heard the same thing from a lot of people also. Inaccurate website details leading to wrong purchase. Too sweet taste. Won't recommend.

This are the before and after pics! It doesn't deserve any stars. On the top of this , shopowner was giving excuses. Not a good idea actually. 1) asking for a refund would not have helped as the birthday was already ruined! So, think twice before you order anything from this shop.

I could not find negative markings.....but I was looking for a minus10 for this unprofessional cake shop with rude staff and poor quality. They take the customers for a ride and also misbehave with them. The quantity is also an issue and they are very unprofessional. The owner is also very rude. They don't respect their customers at all. I am very very disappointed and would like you people to stay away from this shop for cake bookings.
