The Hall is just beside the worst road in Jalgaon. Yet it's good to conduct small functions. The traffic on the road doesn't provide good noise immunity. Hence it's not a silent spot to conduct a function. The hall is even small so it's only good for small gathering of people. To conduct a family function it's a good spot if you are ready to ignore the noise on the road.
