Long lines. Sometimes the credit card system goes down. The food is okay... not the best Burger King... very average... but it’s not as bad as some other locations. The price is comparable to outside locations.

No hot food service during lunchtime this day. No signs to indicate the fact they had no service. Staff laughing when telling us they weren't operating.

They are closed when we came at 5am. You can see a man a women kissing in the kitchen area instead of preparing what needs to be prepared. Then when asked if they were going to open they said they are not going to open due to machines not working but they didn't bother to put a sign up!

Prices are the same as in USA but the quality of the food sucks! Don't waste your money here. You better off eating in a local Mexican restaurant. Fries and burgers were cold, sodas warm and flat and orange juice is a orange flavor soda! It sucks trust me.

Worst meal ever!!! The meat was burned and they are short staff!!! Terrible service

The service is terrible. The presentation of the employees is not the level you would expect, especially inside an international airport. Dirty, faded, ripped uniforms. The kitchen looks disgusting. Worst looking hygiene I have seen in a big name fast food restaurant. And during my time waiting for my meal, there were employees eating inside the kitchen. I am shocked that BK allows their name to be associated with this restaurant.

No fries, no chese. Substitute the cheese for avocado? Sure. Never got the avocado. Worst experience ever at a BK.
