DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Where to start... I called prior to ordering and IMMEDIATELY got put on hold before I could even say, \Hello\. I'm sure this is their way of attempting to get you to just hang up//give up so they don't have to deal with customer service. Their hold messaging says they ship same day and \it's never been easier\ -- then I reach a woman who is incredibly rude. She then proceeded to put me on hold twice more after a one line dismissive comment. I then called a second time, a week later, to see where my order is and the same immediate hold happened... WHY would you not be able to answer a phone without an immediate, \Hello Jam Paper\ HOLD. Then, the lady was rude again. Still haven't received my envelopes. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would...

so getting ready for the wedding, i went online and ordered envelopes for our invitations. i never received a confirmation email, and ended up finding better envelopes elsewhere, so i emailed JAM paper to cancel my order. so naturally, they shipped my order and charged me anyway. when i called to discuss it, the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that id have to ship the envelopes back and pay a 20% restocking fee. when i explained i tried to cancel my order before it shipped, she told me that wasnt her problem, and when i reminded her i never received an email telling me my shipping date and order number, she proceeded to tell me that that was in fact MY fault. so if youre getting married soon and want pretty envelopes, DO NOT go through this company. their customer service is a joke.
I finally found a box that would fit a gift on their website, and I ordered them and paid the 15 dollars in shipping. The following Monday I received a call that they no longer had the item and if another SUBSTANTIALLY smaller box would fit. So then they cancelled my order, literally mumbled how long it would take. And hung up on me. It's very inconvenient that they don't update their website to show what they truly have on inventory. And it's even worst that their customer service rep was short and literally hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. I
