the food looks ok but the establishment does not look ok and that can be fixed but until then this establishment will stay a one star

Was coming here for the beef stew lunch special, but since they raised the prices. I tried the chicken. Big mistake! Undercooked and unsafe for consumption. Made me question how they handle the beef now
