Jim photographed our wedding at the start of June and he was absolutely fantastic! He was a very calming presence from the start of the day, which was very welcome as he arrived during us getting ready which was pretty hectic. He was very unobtrusive throughout and he managed to capture some stunning shots, both of us, our guests and the day itself. Looking at the album he has produced he really did manage to capture pretty much every single guest (130 people) and we love the night time shots he took. We would highly recommend him.

The best photographer possible. He was incredibly professional and patient even though I was ill on the big day. He was unintrusive but got some of the most fantastic shots. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Jim was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day! He also helped with photography during the events we hosted on the two days leading up to the wedding, and as a result familiarised himself with our venue and also the people we most wanted to feature in the photos. The quality of the photographs (which he shared with us really very quickly after the event), was incredible! He managed to capture all of the special moments, and extra ones which we missed ourselves in the craziness of the day. Jim is truly a very talented photographer, highly professional and easy to work with, and without any hesitation we would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Jim! All the best for 2019! C&S P.S. James was our photographer for both our engagement shoot and wedding and I can say without hesitation that working with Jim was one of the best decision we made. From our initial meeting with Jim in Suffolk, through our engagement shoot in Central London, to our wedding back in Suffolk the service and attention to detail we received was excellent. Jim was helpful, professional, patient and accommodating to the end. He took on board our 'wish list' in terms of style and tone of the photography and we were delighted with the results. Jim's experience was evident from the onset and we are delighted with the results. If you are looking for an experienced, artistic, professional and down to earth photographer Jim is your man! I would also add that the after-care we received was also excellent - Jim took the time to meet us in person after our honeymoon to go through different options for the album's (which I would definitely recommend!) and the work he put into the layout for these was excellent and much appreciated! Compressing 1000 photos down to an album is a daunting task but with both the online support/app's available through his website and Jim's own advice and part in this process, it was an enjoyable, easy and relatively straightforward process. I would also add that we felt value for money was excellent and Jim was particularly good with recommending what to go for in terms of package on the day to make most of our budget rather than simply push us for the full all singing all dancing 24 hour coverage! Similarly with the albums themselves Jim was very good at recommending where savings could be made whilst ensuring the content and quality was excellent. Finally, Jim is also a great guy, friendly, approachable, helpful without being obtrusive and very simply great to work with! Thank you Jim for helping create and record memories we wil cherish forever!
We honestly can’t express how fantastic Jim was – both in the months running up to our wedding and the big day itself. He was extremely helpful throughout our preparations by suggesting what works well and what doesn’t based on his experience, and took a lot of time to capture the essence of what we are like as people and what our day would be like so that he could get the best photos. He is a very calm and assuring presence on the day, and is extremely discreet in going about taking the photographs. As well as producing fantastic photographs (and lots of them!) he also went truly above and beyond in several instances. Overall, superb photos, a truly fantastic person to work with and great value. I actually said to my now husband that he should be charging more considering the quality of his photos and the extent he went above and beyond. Thank you Jim for our wonderful photos and for all you did in the run up and the day itself.
