I would highly recommend James Harper. Having lost my sister to Covid19 and having strict government guidelines to be adhered to, they were still able to treat her with the care and respect she deserved. All staff that I had contact with via phone and on the day were kind, courteous and respectful. I cannot praise them highly enough and would like to thank them all.
We used James Harper for my Nans funeral in October. I must say that they were excellent. A very difficult time for our family but nothing was too much trouble. They were polite and sympathetic and accommodating as we added our own personal touches. Staff were professional and friendly and everyone who attended said it was a lovely send of. My grandad recently passed away and this was the first time I have had to arrange a funeral. We met with Debbie at the Bromley office and her compassionate and caring manner immediately put us at ease that we were in safe hands. We had a few phone calls to confirm additional details all of which were considered and courteous. I can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided, but also the people that provided it. Danielle was with us on the day and she was fantastic, she ensured everything went smoothly and provided help and assistance to my family whenever we needed it. My heartfelt thanks to you all.
