I had fantastic advice from both Rupert and Sandy which gave me a great solution for improving the quality of sound from my tv. I had certain limitations to work around which Rupert took into account spending quite some time with me to answer questions. The service I received from both gentleman was truly excellent. I have previously bought from James Morrow and would not hesitate to use them again. A first class team!

Outstanding service, excellent product knowledge, clean installation and customer focussed aftercare. From the first visit in the showroom, Daniel and Rupert were great at presenting options but also advising on what would work best within the space I had. Daniel was always at hand to answer any questions on the set up and products I had prior to the engineers coming out to install. The engineers attention to detail was outstanding. They set up and configured everything to ensure all was working as expected. The aftercare service has been fantastic with any snags needing fixed or adjusted. I have the confidence to know they are at hand to support straight away! A fantastic experience from day one and cannot recommend Rupert, Daniel and the team highly enough.

Fantastic experience at the Edinburgh store. Great service, advice and knowledge from Rupert prior to and during my visit. So happy with my new turntable, amp and speaker set up. Loads of time given to let me play my own records on the system recommended by Rupert after I'd described what I was looking for. No hassle, no pressure. Nice atmosphere in store. Laid back and friendly with superb customer service. Would not hesitate to go back for more or even call for some advice.

Had a wonderful experience at James Morrow. From the listening in store to the fitting in the house, each member of staff were first class. In terms of pricing, they were very very competitive and the 0% finance helped to spread the cost. In terms of the ranges available, again, very positive and covers most budgets.
