Where do I start...I was not a patient of Dr. Otten's. I was suffering from a very infected dry socket after oral surgery. I ended up in Dr. Otten's care, and do I mean CARE!!! Within one week, I have seen him three times! My infection is almost gone! He and his staff are my HEROES!!! They took a horrible situation and fixed it! Now, I am a patient! Thank you, Dr. Otten!! And, honestly, 5 stars is not enough!!

Due to a horrible experience at the dentist, it had been over 20 years since I had been. Dr. Otten, Brooklynn and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They did a great job at explaining what needs to happen to get my mouth health in order without any \sales\ pressure. The fear is gone and I am looking forward to my next appointments!

Dr. Otten and his staff are wonderful. My TMJ symptoms are under control now and so much better because of Dr. Otten. He really takes his time to make sure I am comfortable and to make sure all of my questions are answered. The staff there are so friendly and welcoming every time I go. I couldn't ask for a more professional and friendly office.

The staff is so incredibly friendly you feel like you visiting friends. I've always had problems with dentists offices but I don't feel the same here. I feel cared about and taken care of. Like I truly matter to them not just the money I bring to them. I will never go to another dentist ever again and tell others to go here because it's like it should be.
