I've recently completed my purchase as a FTB, and James did an amazing job as my Broker. I am a high earner but from contracting, so it can be difficult obtaining a mortgage and even more so given the current climate, but James was relentless in his search for the best product for me. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others - James was extremely professional, proactive and diligent, kept me up to date, fought my corner and chased the lender (who was extremely difficult and slow at times, and who also miscalculated my earnings more than once). Thanks again James, still pinching myself - my dream home!

Honestly a top service from James Rudd mortgages, we couldn’t have asked for more! We had been to lots of banks before James and they hadn’t stuck at us in finding us a mortgage like he did. He helped us with our first ever mortgage too so was very responsive and quick at getting back to us on our many first mortgage questions and worries but also great at keeping us up to date with all progress.
