The travels service is good ... Specially in covid time, they sanitize passengers before they acquire seats and even checks the temperature before entering.... The only thing I didn't like was they reschedule buses and inform you just before 1hr of departure.... Have travelled thrice, and happened everytime... Overall, it is good...

Not satisfied with the bus quality They have SCANIA and now the buses are very small and take more time speed is no much compared to the SCANIA buses which have multu axles The don't have bus early in the morning ate 5AM And also late night bus is not provided by eagle connect Staff is good Bus are clean and well maintained But SCANIA buses are the best
