I have now moved accountants as I was shocked to see how Janette responds to her own clients when asking for a breakdown of a bill that was sent to my business regarding Hmrc enquiries. The hand-over from Janette Allen Ltd to my new accountant has been appalling. Ignoring phone calls, emails and social media posts to obtain required information from both myself and my new accountant. I do not recommend this company as they deal with issues in a very childish way and are far from a professional company. I will be reporting this ongoing problem with this company further.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company. I have since changed to another Accountant and they are refusing to hand over all my data including Quickbooks access to my new accountant. Her website states she is a member of Association of Certified Public Accountants but when I asked them if she was a member, this was their reply: Dear Sir/Madam Janette Allen is no longer a member of our Association. - her membership ceased in January 2020. She should not be using our logos on her website and has been told to remove them Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your complaint, you may wish to check her website in case she holds membership of another professional body Regards CPAA Team If you want a stress free accountant, go elsewhere.

Do not use or trust this accountancy firm. They took 1500 of my money while I was unwell upfront and then after not doing any work refused to pay the money back. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. After asking for the money politely for over 2 months they made many excuses, ignored me and still I haven’t received a refund.
