Best govt degree college in jangaon dist.. The Management of the school donated land for proposed Degree College in 1975. The missionary and visionary zeal of a few philanthropists under the able stewardship of the then M.L.A. Sri N. Yethi Raja Rao could muster up required support from the people of this division to start a degree college to enable the youth to gain access to Under Graduate courses which were until then available at distant places like Hyderabad and Warangal. It had a vision of reaching sections who are poor and downtrodden.
