We purchased today (Feb 11, 2021) a 2021 Highlander Hybrid from Janzen. Our sales associate was David Harrison, with whom we were extraordinarily pleased. David did a fantastic job in helping us select the the options we wanted, explained the features to us carefully during a test drive, and worked closely with us in negotiating a fair price and ordering the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota products and was great in communicating with us during our wait for the special order. When our order arrived, he carefully led us through the Toyota registration process, and then again carefully explained to us the various features as we sat in our new purchase. He then helped us transfer our goods from our trade-in, and gave us a great send off. We recommend him and Janzen most highly. We have owned two Toyota vehicles for approximately 10 years, and have found the service department also extremely helpful and professional. Most of our service visits have been handled by Jessie, who has always done a great job for us, but Trevor and the other service managers are also first rate. Janzen is a credit to Stillwater and Oklahoma for operating a first class, customer-oriented auto dealership.

I purchased my 2021 Corolla Hatchback Nightshade edition from Janzen, Tyler Kelly was my salesman.. I can't recommend him high enough. I have bought quite a few vehicles from dealerships through the years and this was by FAR the best buying experience yet. Mr. Kelly was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles at the dealership, he listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all in his approach to helping find the right vehicle for me. Mr. Kelly made my shopping experience stress free and straight forward. Additionally, I appreciate the other staff members that helped make my car buying experience great. Recently we purchased a vehicle from David Harrison at Janzen Toyota, because we got into a car accident with our last Toyota.. We went to Janzen Toyota to purchase a new car and let me tell you something the service men there are wonderful Mr. Harrison was polite and very professional he gave us room to breath and he let us take our new car for a spin. We purchased the car and he had us out of there really quickly. Great Job Mr. Harrison!.

By far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They always take care of me and never price gouge. They won’t suggest in-needed maintenance like most “stealerships”. I dropped my car off for warranty work and they came and picked me up from home and brought me back to the dealership! This saved me from having to get a ride service. Highly recommended! In addition; they have the most affordable tire and line service in the city!

Great experience! Found a great deal online from Janzen Toyota for the car I wanted to replace what I had that got totaled. Since I live 480 miles away in Texas, I needed to be pretty comfortable with the deal before heading out to see the car before buying it. Michael Robinson was fantastic at providing any information or pictures I needed to accomplish this. What I really appreciated was the no pressure approach he used. He was more focused on solving issues rather than trying to ram the deal through. When we were finally up there to see and purchase the car, nothing about his approach changed. He even helped my wife figure out a couple things about our other Toyota that we drove up in that she didn’t know. No questions were dumb questions. If you want a dealership with a family vibe over a corporate vibe, you won’t be disappointed at Janzen Toyota. Everyone we dealt with there in addition to Michael were helpful and pleasant. Check them out. I wish it was practical for me to return there for my regular maintenance.
