Excellent place, I got the part I needed & at a good price. I called beforehand & they bought the part out when I arrived & I fitted it on site. The only problem is parking - park out the way so your car doesn't get scratched because it's very narrow & busy getting in & out but well worth it!
Excellent, friendly service. I ordered a replacement sun visor which, when it arrived, had a slightly different fitting to my broken original. They sent me a second replacement with the right fitting within 2 days, with no further charge, and did not require the first part to be returned. Very impressed.
Traveled to Birmingham to return a car part. They gave me a replacement which turned out to be faulty and they refused to replace it when they were the ones that gave it to me in the first place. anyway they kept the part and refused to give me the money I paid for it. they were then telling me I couldn't do anything and they didn't need to give me my money back with threatening tone and rude. they sell faulty parts with intention and refuse to replace or give refunds. Rude Threatening and terrible customer service. Do not care
Wasn't helpful. Nowhere to park. Rather rude and arrogant! Expensive compared to other breakers too!
