Wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff, high quality dinner and breakfast, comfortable rooms and beautiful flowers and decoration everywhere. What’s more, there are 4 individual outdoor onsen bathtubs, sauna room and a -5C igloo!! We really love this place!!

Very nice hotel. Very good facilities. The onsen on 8/F is very good. You can sit in the onsen and see the sunrise. The staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommad this hotel.

Amazing Ryokan with stellar service, large and comfortable rooms, delicious meals and an onsen / rotenburo (outdoor onsen) with a great view of the town and surrounding mountains. Highly recommended, even if it's just for a day trip!
