I wouldn't even put one star. Unfriendly customer service, it seems everything is too much to ask, and on the border of rudeness on the phone. Unprofessional web-commerce system (never got email confirmation, email never delivered), I have ordered 10 tatamis since 11 November, despite of saying 4-9 days delivery, up until now, which is 2 December, I haven't received the tatamis. I called this morning, she said that the courier will call me \these days\ to arrange delivery. Seriously! I don't even get track and trace, and she couldn't even answer me on my delivery. Maybe better find another store for Japanese stuff.

Ich habe bei der Japanwelt zwei Rahmenroste (Lattenroste) bestellt, mit deren Qualität ich sehr zufrieden bin. Es wurde schnell per Spedition geliefert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Onlineshop war freundlich und kompetent. Empfehlung!
