Extremely lackluster customer service. I've been waiting for a response from \Don Lawson\ at JAPOSID for over 3 weeks to no avail. While they were servicing a neighboring business in our shopping center in Largo, FL in early Nov of 2016, something caused a flood next to our dividing wall and saturated our hardwood flooring to the point it's warping and needs replaced. The owner of that business said he ended up having to reach out to the company he hired JAPOSID through (Thumbtack) in order for them to take care issues he experienced with them. Now, it's over 5 months later and I'm still stuck waiting for them to make an insurance claim to cover our flooring. Multiple calls to their number, leaving messages for each of their so-called \departments\ (which all ring immediately to the same voicemail. I've only been able to get on the phone with \Don\ once, and he promised me a resolution which has gone unfulfilled. As a small business owner, I find it very frustrating to have to constantly follow-up and I'm now having to prepare a legal action against them. BEWARE!
