We purchased 6,000 worth of concrete curb panels and accessories. They sent the wrong items and we had to return some of the accessories to them. They claimed that all their warehouse guys quit and thats why the wrong size was sent. After trying out the adjustable bracket accessory, we decided to send it back. When we returned the brackets that we did not use, they did not want to honor it. We bought 6000 worth of products and they complained about a return of 300. Our 300 return is such an inconvenience to them. We will not buy from them again. How much do you think our time is worth when we pick up products that are shipped wrong. Hours were spent transporting and shipping them back. If you want to be treated like you are not worth the poop on the sole of shoe then by all means buy from this company! If you are a quality contractor that wants to be treated fairly then make sure to choose another manufacturer. There are plenty of curb panel makers out there!
