The night latch on our front door was faulty, couldn't open the door. Called HI-Prestige Locksmith Service Jarrow and their technician clearly explained the cost, arrived at the agreed time, and confirmed cost again before replacing the lock. He was at all times keen that we understood what work would be undertaken, how much it would cost, and that we were satisfied with the work once finished. I'm happy to say he did a good job and was a pleasure to deal with as well. Highly recommended!!

HI-Prestige Locksmith Service Jarrow showed up on time and provided excellent service. They charged me exactly what they quoted on the phone although they did more. I appreciated that they wore mask at all times and constantly cleaned up all the little metal wood shavings. They are meticulous, understands the technology of smart locks, and is very friendly. Would use them again and refer all my friends!
A key severed in our lock, and HI-Prestige Locksmith Service Jarrow came out inside a couple of long stretches of us calling, they fixed the one lock and as long as they were out we requested that they fix a subsequent door lock that had been broken for a long time. They accomplished incredible work, were quick, gave us an extraordinary cost, and since this was during the Corona Virus lockdown, they appeared with a cover and gloves. Reliable. I highly recommend this company to others as well...!!!
I am really impressed with the "HI-Prestige Locksmith Service Jarrow" company. They were a fantastic technician who came to help with a number of locks that needed to be changed. A few weeks later when there was a minor issue they got back to me immediately and were able to stop by the same day. In addition, they took the time to explain what the issue was and how changes in temperature impact locks. They were courteous, wore a mask, and very polite...!!!!
