What a nightmare of a company. Came to fix my oven. Orders wrong parts. After the 3rd time of calling. Cost of oven was over a 1000 pound. And charged me for parts that weren’t fitted. When you phone up for them to check for their mistakes they charge you. Also had my grill fixed by them. The seal lasted 1 day. So I got them to reseal it another 3 times. Which they charged me again. This is the best one. They used a crowbar to try and fix our grill and well and truly damaged it. I phoned up about it. Then they charged me 124.pounds. I have made 52 phone calls to try and get my over charging payments back which I’m still waiting. I’m stuck with a faulty oven and a battered grill. If I could it would definitely be no stars Keep away. Before you get stung.

KBL manage to fit in emergency repairs at at drop of a hat so down time is practically zero.
