Excellent service from Norman who came up with a very practical design solution for new kitchen and utility room fitted Autumn 2020.We had quotes from other companies who were nowhere near as pro-active and “can do”.Nothing was too much trouble. Norman even got up early hours of the morning to drive to Milton Keynes to collect appliances stuck in warehouse mid - pandemic. Shaun and Barry who fitted the units were also fantastic, friendly, professional and every little fitting problem overcome with a sense of humour.Very neat and tidy work and all mess cleared. Good value too. I wish every company could match NBI’s service and customer satisfaction. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from Norman from the start of our kitchen and utility installation in October 2020 All three trades that they used couldn't have been more helpful from Ray the builder, Mark the electrican and Dave the fitter. Nothing was a problem for them and all went the extra mile to make this project go as smoothly as could be. Would highly recommend this company for value for money, service and quality.

I have used NBI twice now, firstly for a bespoke walk in wardrobe and recently for a brand new kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always make everything sound simple and achievable. The craftsmanship of the fitters on both occasions has been exceptional. The work is carried out on time and with care and consideration. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Norman and Alex are extremely helpful and take the time to make sure you get the design you want . The fitters they use are excellent, they start early and tidy as they go.
