I had an eye test here that led to a review at the eye hospital. A month or so later I rang for details of my eye prescription. They wouldn’t give it to me over the phone so said they would post it to me. Nearly a week later I rang back because nothing had come. The person who answered the phone (a different person to the first time) started by saying “well I know nothing about this”. I hadn’t suggested that she did personally know anything about it. Defensiveness is one of the worst forms of customer service. When I asked if she could just tell me the details over the phone, she said she couldn’t. When I asked why, she told me it was because it would be “illegal”. When I pressed her to explain which law she’d be breaking, she revealed it was actually in case “I wrote it down wrong”. What if she wrote it down wrong? I then suggested that she emailed it to me instead. She said she couldn’t do that because they “don’t have email” - despite the fact that there’s an email address on their website. My family have bought their glasses from these people. We won’t be going back.

My expierience with this place got glasses just over a year and half ago they had new screws put in the legs of the glasses 3 times as they kept falling out and the nose mounts renewed 3 times as they kept breaking off and finally the frames snapped and could not be repaired as the guarantee had ran out . So l gave them the benift of doubt and ordered a new pair paid for them this is nearly 3 weeks ago and they are still not in the shop yet so if they are not in by tomorrow l will be asking for a refund of my money so l would not recomend this place for your glasses . I am not taking out on the staff that work their l am taking it on the owners and who ever their suppliers are

Got my eyes checked and new glasses fitted here. A few month down the line the bifocals were not good, I paid over 150 for these things, Moved from the area now, but I don't rate their service or testing methods.
