Booked a party here this morning for my friends children so unprofessional, staff had no idea what they were doing! Can actually say I won't be returning! Amount of money I payed.... you would at least think they would provide better service! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Also online the party packages say different to what staff say inside the pirates cove! Wanted to give this place a chance won't be returning :(

Pirate cove is a lovely place to be with your kids. Very open space with many rides. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They do sell cheap vouchers during school holidays.

Great for kids food nice and reasonable however I don't approve charging adults to get in with there children at the end of the day you have to be there so no choice

The place is good for small children (toddler age). There isn't a huge amount for older kids to keep them entertained for very long, but they'd be happy enough for an hour or so. The food and drink is well priced and good portions as well. The negative is that there is a very large, dangerous staircase accessible from the play area and partially hidden from view. We didn't even know it was there until a small child crawled all the way to the top before being found and helped down by a parent. It's very lucky they didn't fall. You would assume the play area is safe from things like that. The management should close that off urgently before there is a serious accident.

Decent soft play, well priced and frequent vouchers available. Food reasonably priced too which is a bonus if the kids are hungry.

Stinks of wee but it's otherwise brilliant, staff are amazing and very efficient; they even locate missing kids before their parents have realised they're gone! Edit to reply to owner: thanks for your response, I think the carpets probably just need a deep/industrial clean.

Reasonably priced entrance fee. My 16 month old daughter enjoyed herself! Food quality not so great. Please have some healthier food options! Plenty of sweets but no fruit in sight.

Didn't accept cards for payment. Was cold & dark in parts. But they did set up as we left to replace some strip lights. Fair dues the bairn enjoyed herself. As time went on I did notice that the entry/exit button was in easy reach & the front desk wasn't manned all the time. The staff were very helpful & cheerful. The baby changing facilities are available & very clean. As are the toilets. Good selection on the menu. Tea, coffee & bottled drinks available.
