Unreliable! Need a zip replaced before I go on holiday. Took them here in August, was told the lady who does them was off until mid september. Went back 3rd week of Sept and was told that the seamstress is off sick and they don't know when she will be back. What good is this place without a seamstress? I go on holiday the first week of October so now rushing around last minute trying to find somewhere that can fit it in before I go. Won't use this place again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Ordered some costers to be done. They said it would be done by the weekend which was when I needed them for. Went in and she said they weren't ready because the computer that prints them broke I said that was fine I will wait. Keeping in mind that it was a birthday present for the Sunday. Went back the following Friday and only to find out that he did not have enough coaster. So now I'm not getting all of the ones I want. And they still expext me to pay full price for them. Not on. Money should be knocked off first for the inconvince of the wait and second for the dely as now the guy has gone on his honeymoon. Still haven't got them 2 months later. Not even a phone call to say sorry. Do NOT go to this shop if you are wanting coasters ECT printed. Absoult joke.
