I needed assistance with a business litigation case. After interviewing many law firms I decided to go with Jason Gunter because he took more time than any other law firm to understand my case. I thought my case was straight forward. I owned a business, sold my business, and operated my business out of the state of Florida. A disgruntled employee that moved to Florida tried to sue me in a Florida court so we challenged jurisdiction. It ended up being tougher than I thought to get a case dismissed on jurisdictional issues, however, Jason prevailed and my case was dismissed.
