I was just like a "kid in a candy store"! So many treats that I have not seen or tasted since I was a young child. A great place to walk down memory lane and suppress a sweet tooth! The smell of the bulk candy was the first thing I noticed - just like the local confectionery when I was a youngster! Very clean! A definite place to visit while you are touring through Jasper.
Cute and fun for kids, but outrageously overpriced with little to make it special .

We've all used the positive expression, "it was like a candy store!" Now after all these years and months, I got to see what a candy store really is. Came up from California to visit friends in Calgary, and we went to Jasper, making a stop at this exemplary real candy store. So much choice for every taste. Never could imagine so many types and forms of candy. They have everything you could and couldn't imagine. PEZ addicts will go crazy over the huge selection. Even if you don't have a sweet tooth, this is another great Jasper destination to check out.

The person at the cashier was very friendly and helped notify us of nice hike routes. The candy was also great there, huge selection.
I was pushed twice by another customer while at the till paying. The staff offered no assistance in helping maintain social distancing within the store. Kids were opening the bulk candy and touching the candies without buying any at all. Also the chocolate covered gummy bears and banana chips behind the counter are very stale and I could not eat them. Yuck!! I am from a neighboring community and will not be returning and also letting everyone else know around here how bad the chocolate and covid protection services are.
