Just bought a 2018 civic yesterday, was my first experience at Jay Honda. I mostly worked with Aundre and the gentleman who did all the financial paperwork. The staff is very nice, low pressure. I felt comfortable the whole time. They made me a fair deal. I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them!

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing our 2020 Honda Pilot from Jay Honda! We were between a EX-L, or Black Edition Model, upon arriving at the dealership we were very quickly greeted by our sales person Maura. She already had both vehicles pulled up, and we were behind the wheel off on a test drive very shortly after arriving. I had my heart set on the Black Edition, even though it was at the very top of our budget. We told Maura what we were willing to pay, and she got the deal done for us quickly, stress free and without any pressure. We worked with Ira, our financing guy was super friendly and professional and helped make the whole signing process go effortlessly. Before leaving the dealership Maura helped us set everything up in our new car, and was sure to answer any questions that we had before we left the dealership! I would definitely recommend Jay Honda to my family and friends! Thank you again to Maura, Ira and Major for making our entire car buying process so smoothly!

Val Potepenko is the salesman I worked with. He explained things in great detail and did not put any pressure on me when I told him I needed to think about things/make a phone call. I hate making big purchases, but I had done a lot of research, and his no pressure approach just explaining all of my options was great. He was very friendly, and I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Honda check out Jay Honda and work with Val. Shout out to the finance guy Ira Jackson-Carpenter as well. He got me a great rate! Needless to say, I grabbed both their cards. This is my first Honda purchase, and I'm loving it so far :)
