Had an amazing experience coming here! Got the custom bikini wax and she did an amazing job. Hardly had any pain and it was quick! Erica took the time to answer any questions I had and go over after care steps. Place was spotless and everything was sanitized properly. Erica was super friendly and caring, such a nice person! Erica is the best in all Chicagoland for waxing services. I have been going to her for the past 5-6 years for my Brazilians and all other waxing needs. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and always makes sure to make you feel comfortable in every way possible. Her waxing techniques are always painless. Every other person that ever did my waxes before her made me dread having it done. I’d have to take several ibuprofen and give myself a good pep talk before every wax but with Erica, that’s all unnecessary. I don’t know how she does it but she makes waxing an easy, almost entirely painless procedure. In addition to her professional techniques, Erica is always a warm, genuinely kind person who makes you feel at home and valued as a client. This is my new waxing place and I definitely recommend it. Ive tried other waxing places in the past but it does not compare to Jazz E Butterflies Waxing and Skincare. The staff is professional, courteous and definitely knowledge. Every time I come I always greeted politely by name. I always ask for Erica and she hooks me up. My eyebrows have never looked so great.
