We arrived on time to pick up the car we had booked a month previously but had to wait over an hour for it to be brought to the station with no explanation or apology!!! The young man was in a hurry to leave for lunch so we had to keep someone with him so he didn't leave us. When returning the car we noticed that he had added roadside cover without discussion. We are currently waiting for a decision as to reimbursement! We thought the 11.98 plus 4.95 was the insurance we had wanted so didn't question it at the time. Check the details thoroughly

If I could, I would put zero stars! I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for this weekend, I received a confirmation email and they sent me a reminder yesterday... Lo and behold, when I got there the (very unsympathetic) employee informed me that there were no cars available. How is that possible if I reserved 2 weeks ago??? Crappy service and the clerk could not care less that it completely ruined my plans for the weekend! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Be really careful with this company. They charge you for imaginary things behind your back. Make sure you keep an eye on your credit card statement. The most disgraceful experience ever!

NO ALQUILAR NUNCA! Deje el coche un sabado a las 20 horas y el lunes a las 18 horas me llaman y me dicen que el coche tiene un golpe. Les digo que yo lo dejé intacto el sábado en el parking(parking abierto que esta lleno de furgonetas que entran y salen cuando quieren)y que desde que lo dejo hasta que me llaman ha pasado 48horas. Me hacen responsable de esas 48 horas y me cogen 455e de mi cuenta. Sin preguntar... cuando llegó el martes a la empresa la furgoneta no está,no puedes ver el golpe y ya ellos te han cobrado. UNOS SINVERGUENZAS QUE POR SU PUESTO ESTAN DENUNCIADOS...
