I simply cannot recommend this business enough! I called at noon today because our dryer stopped working and by 4pm it was fixed - saving us several hundred dollars by not having to buy a new one. Excellent customer service, great prices, and expert technicians. If you want your broken appliance repaired properly and for a fair price call JBs!

I was satisfied with the service the first two times but recently it was disappointing. I scheduled two appointments to install my units and no call no show. No type of notification to let me know that he needed to cancel the appointment. I would not recommend if you need someone that’s reliable and professional.

Horrible Communication! This is in response to an owner being able to give himself 5 Stars (google should be ashamed) when a customer gives 1 Star. I stand by my husband’s review that your communication skills are terrible. You found a red straw in the dryer, not a sock. You told us we’d need a new blower, after hitting it a few times you discovered the straw? And your text messages to my husband showed you don’t have patience to communicate clearly (you’ll “text customers while on the job at other sites, but not call because it’s rude”??). We were looking for an explanation of your rate, not cheap service. Good luck people!
