Called for an estimate on removing 2 trees and spoke with the owner. He asked me to take pictures of the trees and send them to him. Said he would get right back with me. An hour and an half after doing so, I called him back to make sure he received them. He said he did and would look at them “in a few” and get back with me. Long story short, 3 days later still hasn’t had the decency or professionalism as to reply.
