I loved every minute of working with Judy. She is easy to work with and talk to, non-judgmental, and is really knowledgeable. I have done some strength training on my own but it was great to have her do some testing to know exactly where my weaknesses were so she could set up a program to strengthen these areas. I can't wait to visit her studio again.

I was referred to Judy by my physiotherapist and I'm so grateful! Having never seen a personal trainer before I didn't really know what to expect, but Judy made the training process so smooth and easy with clear and professional communication. She worked with me to determine my goals, assess my strengths and weaknesses and customize a training plan to perfectly suit my needs. Her energy and passion for training was contagious, and after spending 10 sessions working together I'm happy to say the back pain that's been plaguing me for years is no more, my core is stronger than its ever been, and I know exactly what I need to do to maintain and continue improving my physical fitness. She's so kind and easy to get along with, which made it a lot less painful to get up at 5:30 for our 6am training sessions lol!! I would highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for an expert personal trainer!!

I've been seeing Judy for a little over a year now, its been a great year. I never thought it was possible to complete some of the work outs that I have with Judy. In this past year Judy has done more then help me lose weight and get healthy, she has pushed me with my eating habits, loving myself as is and of course getting in the best shape I have ever been in. If you ever have any questions she will answer them, and if she doesn't know the answer she will research it and let you know. I use to hate working out and never went to the gym, and I now find myself excited to get to the gym and push myself a little bit more every time. Even when I go to the gym with out Judy I hear her in my head pushing me to keep going. She makes sure your form is perfect before pushing you to go faster so you don't hurt yourself. I have and will continue to tell anyone looking for a personal trainer to see Judy, I am 100% glad I made the choice to start with Judy, and you will too.

I started seeing Judy in Spring 2019 as I felt like my body was not as strong as it could be. Judy was quick to diagnose a balance issue and geared my workouts too that....after a few months she noticed that it wasn't coming along as fast as it should be, with that she recommended a visit to a physiotherapist she uses...the physio diagnosed a calf issue not the ankle issue that I thought to be the problem...so I applaud Judy and her team for getting to the root of my issues quickly and putting me on a path to being a stronger 53 year old woman, thanks Judy!!
