We had two jobs for JDT Construction and we were very happy with the outcome of both. First, we had a leaky roof. Once scheduled they showed up as on time and worked quick. They did a temporary fix and explained in detail what needed to be done for a permanent fix. They came out for the permanent fix and so far are very happy with the outcome. Second job was some structural work where a 17' support beam needed to be replaced, as the original was not sufficient to hold the weight of the second floor. Again every step they took was explained in detailed to how and why it needed to be done. All the workers were polite and professional. Job took 3.5 days, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Both projects the employees showed up on time and worked through the day with the exception of lunch. All employees were polite and professional all the time. I would/will hire JDT Construction again without hesitation.

Not reliable. Asked to do an estimate (Jonathan) & Tim, but have never received it despite of millions of calls and messages . We saw that the did a job in our area, called them and since last October we never received any response and it is total waste of our time. Jonathan said estimate will be ready in 2 weeks. But so far have not heard anything back

Stay away. JDT made us believe they had the expertise to design a custom home for us. They mismanaged the process, were unresponsive and did not have the knowledge to complete the project. Waste of time, money down the drain and we have nothing to show for it. I wish someone told us to stay away.

Great experience with JDT Roofing! They came out today to complete repairs on my building & stop roof leaks that started a few weeks ago. Shortly after they arrived they came to inform me that they found the leaks in our building were not caused by roof problems they were related to a/c condensation line that was not installed correctly. They would fix the line, seal it up and the roof repairs were not necessary. Refreshing, Thank you for your INTEGRITY!

JDT is a very inconsiderate company. They are currently renovating a barn that they purchased from the Worington Commons community in West Chester, PA. They are consistently parking their trucks in neighboring driveways and/or parking spaces and in front of other townhouses. They erected a huge sign with their name on it, which was not on their property. In addition, a real estate for sale sign was placed in the same area, also not on their property. This was done on March 18, 2019, six weeks ago as of this writing. Despite repeated notifications from the neighboring homeowners association and also the Township Manager of Willistown Township, JDT never removed the sign. In fact, when the neighboring landscaping vendor once attempted to remove the sign, JDT’s workers confronted these landscapers and in effect, forced them to leave without removing the sign. It is apparent that JDT does not care about surrounding properties where they are working. I cannot give them a no-star review, so that is why this is one star.

Witnessed a careless driver almost get into two separate accidents in the span of 5 minutes. This driver was speeding. It was very wreckless and concerning. Luckily the one vehicle they cut off had a good reaction time and was able to avoid a serious collision. Saw it on Jacksonville Rd in Warminster around 7:00am on Thursday Jan 10th 2019 . The driver then turned right on Bristol. I hope this gets addressed. Praying nobody gets hurt in the future.
