I have been a customer for Alruqaib for a while now, but unfortunately they have disappointed me with a weak customer service as well as delivery. After several follow ups and waiting for almost 2 months I finally received a damaged item which they collected back on the same day and I never heard back from them! To be honest I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer since they opened and spent a lot of money on their products....the store sales people and products are top of the line....but that's it --- they give bogus delivery dates that can stretch to 3 or 6 months -- deliver wrong damaged products --- and wait and excuses and apologies drag on and on and on.... It's a pity the company has such great products and excellent potential
