crazy branch manager, first he ignored me then he was admiring me then turned to fight with me because I described one glass as expensive as i found the same elsewhere at lower price !!! He attacked me massively repeating they are the biggest brand in Saudi, described me as uneducated and kept repeating !! I apologize just to see what he is going to do but he attacked me more . I liked one of his glasses but I left because of his attitude, will not visit again.

Very poor service. I strongly don't recommend . I've chosen certain type of glass for my 4years daughter. After 4 days, they did not call me as agreed to confirm insurance acceptance. When I called them, I discovered that they have declared another type of glass cheaper... I went one day later to collect with one hour later than the appointment, but the driver did not reach yet the shop... I have to wait half hour more...
